PACKCALCS

About PackCalcs

Practical shipping, packaging, and logistics calculators with transparent formulas and local browser processing.

Clear numbers for practical packaging decisions

PackCalcs brings ten shipping and packaging tools into one place: shipment volume, dimensional weight, pallet layouts, box sizing, container loading, box packing, packaging cost, bubble wrap, pallet wrap, and a regular slotted carton dieline generator.

The tools make their units, assumptions, and limitations visible. Worked examples and guides explain how to interpret the results so you can compare options and prepare more useful conversations with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.

Calculations happen on your device

Calculator inputs and generated files are processed in your browser. The calculation engine does not require an account, a paid API, or an upload of your measurements. You can use an already loaded tool without a live calculation service.

The website still needs to deliver its pages and assets. Optional advertising, if enabled in a later deployment, has separate data flows explained in the privacy notice. Calculators remain usable without advertisements.

Estimates with visible boundaries

Packing layouts are feasible geometric estimates within documented search limits. They do not prove an optimal arrangement or certify safe handling. Cost defaults are illustrative, container dimensions are editable examples, and carrier billing rules may differ from the selected formula.

The dieline generator produces a dimensioned prototype. A packaging manufacturer should verify structural performance and production allowances before manufacturing. Use the tools as decision aids, then check the requirements that apply to your actual shipment.

Editorial approach

Supporting guides use original worked examples and link to primary technical references where outside specifications are needed. A brand name in a source citation does not mean that its owner endorses PackCalcs.

PackCalcs is available in English, French, Spanish and German. Route identifiers and mathematical models are shared across all four languages.
