Calculation Disclaimer
The assumptions and practical limits of shipping estimates, geometric packing plans, material forecasts, and prototype dielines.
Measurement estimates are not carrier quotations
CBM is geometric volume. Dimensional weight uses the selected divisor and comparison method. A carrier may apply rounding, minimums, service-specific aggregation, remeasurement, oversize rules, and surcharges that are not represented in that result.
Container and pallet presets are editable examples. Confirm the actual equipment's dimensions, door opening, tare, payload, condition, and handling limits. A format name alone does not specify every relevant property.
Fit is not proof of safe loading
Box, pallet, and container layouts check rectangular geometry within the documented model and computation limits. They do not certify stability, support, compression strength, center of gravity, floor loading, loading access, restraint, or compliance with transport requirements.
A result can be feasible under the geometry model without being operationally usable. Packing searches do not guarantee a global optimum. A reported search limit means the returned count may be a partial feasible result.
Material and cost forecasts
Bubble wrap and pallet wrap calculations use explicit idealized wrapping assumptions. Real shapes, film thickness, neck-down, tension, overlap, damaged material, and operator technique can alter consumption. Film quantity does not validate containment force or cushioning performance.
Packaging cost examples are illustrative inputs, not live supplier prices. Currency selection labels the result without converting exchange rates. Shipping, tax, duties, storage, returns, and other overhead are included only if explicitly modeled in your inputs.
Dielines are prototypes
Generated SVG and PDF files describe a regular slotted carton prototype with stated allowances. They are not approved industrial cutting dies. A converter must verify board behavior, score allowances, joints, tooling, tolerances, and structural suitability.
Digital physical dimensions do not guarantee a printer's output scale. Print at actual size, measure the calibration reference, assemble a sample, and inspect the finished carton before using the design for production.
Independent verification
Use these outputs to compare options and communicate measurements. Confirm decisions that affect product safety, cargo, compliance, or significant spending with the relevant carrier, manufacturer, or qualified professional. No endorsement, certification, search ranking, or advertising approval is implied.
