Report a calculation issue
A useful report includes the tool name, units, input values, expected result, displayed result, and a short explanation of the discrepancy. If possible, provide a small example that reproduces the issue without confidential shipment or customer details.
A copied share link contains your entered values. Review it before sending it to anyone. A screenshot or exported summary may be easier to discuss when only part of a shipment should be shared.
Feature and accessibility feedback
Describe the task you were trying to complete and what prevented it. For an accessibility issue, include the affected control and the browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing that information.
PackCalcs does not arrange shipments, issue freight quotations, approve loading plans, or provide carrier customer support. Contact the relevant carrier or packaging supplier for a booking, tariff, damage claim, or production specification.
